Maintenance / Repair Technician
We are looking for a hands-on and detail-oriented Maintenance / Repair Technician to join our team. This role is responsible for testing, troubleshooting, repairing, and documenting issues for electronic products.
Key Responsibilities
- Test electronic products and accurately identify failure points in defective units.
- Use professional tools and equipment to analyze root causes of product issues.
- Develop appropriate repair plans based on product design principles and circuit diagrams.
- Perform component replacement, circuit repair, soldering, and other repair operations.
- Conduct functional testing after repair to ensure products meet quality standards.
- Maintain detailed repair records, including defect symptoms, failure causes, repair methods, and materials used.
- Summarize common failure patterns and provide suggestions to improve product quality.
- Maintain repair tools, materials, and the work area in a clean and safe condition.
- Complete other tasks assigned by supervisors and support overall production goals.
Qualifications
- Vocational school, technical school, associate degree, or higher in Mechatronics, Mechanical Manufacturing, Electrical Engineering, Automation, Automotive Maintenance, or a related field.
- Strong recent graduates or apprentices may also be considered.
- Basic understanding of mechanical and electrical principles.
- Ability to read mechanical drawings and simple circuit diagrams.
- Familiar with multimeters, megohmmeters, soldering irons, hand tools, and power tools.
- Hands-on skills in electrical work, machining, welding, or electronic repair are preferred.
- Strong problem-solving ability, safety awareness, responsibility, teamwork, and willingness to learn.
- Able to perform physical work and adapt to overtime or shift schedules when needed.

- 遵守公司安全生产规定，完成上级安排的其他工作任务。
任职要求
- 中专、中技、高职或以上学历，机电一体化、机械制造、电气工程、自动化、汽车维修等相关工科专业优先。
- 优秀应届毕业生或学徒也可考虑。
- 掌握基础机械原理、电气原理，能看懂机械图纸和简单电路图。
- 熟练使用万用表、兆欧表、电烙铁及常见手动/电动工具。
- 具备电工、钳工、焊接、电子维修等一项或多项实操技能者优先。
- 具备良好的动手能力、问题分析能力、安全意识和责任心。
- 能适应一定体力劳动、加班或轮班安排。
