Job Summary
We're looking for a driven, outgoing, relationship-focused HVAC Comfort Advisor to help homeowners make informed decisions about their heating and cooling systems. This is not an order-taking position. The ideal candidate is comfortable prospecting, networking, following up consistently, and building long-term relationships that generate referrals and repeat business.

What You'll Do
- Meet with homeowners to evaluate HVAC replacement opportunities
- Design and present customized comfort solutions
- Build trust and long-term customer relationships
- Follow up with previous leads and past customers
- Generate your own opportunities through networking, referrals, community involvement, prospecting, and relationship building
- Utilize calls, text messages, emails, and in-person meetings to stay connected with prospects
- Maintain a strong follow-up process and sales pipeline
- Participate in neighborhood marketing and door-to-door outreach when appropriate
- Work closely with our service and installation teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience
Lead Generation Expectations
This position requires a proactive sales mindset. The successful candidate will be expected to self-generate approximately 50-75% of their opportunities through:
- Networking
- Referral generation
- Previous customer outreach

Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Must be insurable under company insurance requirements
- Must reside in Oregon
- Comfortable using technology, CRM software, mobile applications, email, and text messaging
- Previous sales experience required
- HVAC experience preferred
- Construction, home services, or trade experience is a plus
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds
- Ability to access attics, crawlspaces, and other residential work areas as needed
- Ability to walk residential properties and job sites
- Ability to spend extended periods driving and meeting with customers
