We’re looking for an experienced Plumbing Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in performing routine plumbing maintenance, diagnosing issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction through high-quality service.

Perform routine maintenance on residential plumbing systems, including inspections, leak detection, and preventative repairs.

Diagnose plumbing issues and recommend solutions to customers.

Maintain and repair water heaters, faucets, drains, and other plumbing fixtures.

Ensure compliance with all safety and industry standards.

Provide exceptional customer service and clear communication to homeowners.

Maintain accurate records of work performed, parts used, and completed tasks.

Collaborate with team members to support service operations.

Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Ability to work in confined spaces (e.g., crawl spaces, attics, basements).

Prolonged periods of standing, kneeling, and bending.

Ability to work at heights, such as on ladders or scaffolding.

Ability to work in various weather conditions for outdoor plumbing tasks.

Manual dexterity and physical stamina to perform hands-on plumbing tasks.

High school diploma or equivalent.

Plumbing certification or relevant experience.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in plumbing maintenance and repair.

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
