Job Summary
We are looking for a reliable and organized Parts Manager to join our team in Wisconsin Rapids. In this key role, you will manage all parts operations to ensure technicians have the right parts at the right time, minimizing downtime and keeping repairs moving efficiently. This is a hands-on position that blends inventory management, vendor relationships, and strong communication with our estimators and technicians.
What You'll Do
- Order and manage all auto body parts, materials, and supplies
- Work closely with estimators to verify part needs and supplements
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely part availability and accuracy
- Maintain accurate inventory levels and minimize overstock or shortages
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers
- Process returns, warranties, and core returns efficiently
- Receive, inspect, and organize incoming parts
- Track part costs and help control repair expenses
- Use parts management software and estimating systems to stay organized
- Support the team with any parts-related customer or insurance questions
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience as a Parts Manager or Parts Advisor in an auto body/collision repair shop preferred
- Strong knowledge of auto body parts and collision repair materials
- Experience with parts ordering systems and inventory management software
- Familiarity with CCC, Mitchell, or similar estimating systems is a plus
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
