McClintock Heating, Cooling, Plumbing, and Electrical is looking for a dependable Data Entry Specialist to join our growing team! In this role, you’ll support our HR, Accounting, and Service departments by entering acurate financial data, maintaining electronic records, assisting with administrative tasks, and helping keep operations running efficiently behind the scenes.

What You’ll Do
✔ Enter and maintain accounting and financial data accurately
✔ Upload, organize, and maintain digital employee and company records
✔ Assist with HR administrative tasks and onboarding paperwork
✔ Manage accounting emails and route information appropriately
✔ Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and billing documentation
✔ Answer incoming calls professionally and assist customers as needed
✔ Review data for accuracy and correct discrepancies promptly
✔ Support multiple departments with administrative and office tasks
What We’re Looking For
✅ Strong computer and data entry skills
✅ Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
✅ Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced office
✅ Professional communication and customer service skills
✅ Comfortable working in a mostly paperless environment
✅ Ability to handle confidential information professionally
✅ Experience with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, accounting, or HR systems preferred
✅ Prior office, administrative, payroll, HR, or accounting experience strongly preferred
Schedule
- Full-Time, In Person
- Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Occasional Saturday rotation and overtime as needed
