About Viverano
Viverano Organics is a premium organic baby clothing and gift brand dedicated to creating beautifully crafted products using GOTS-certified organic cotton and sustainable materials.
We are seeking a Shopify & Ecommerce Specialist who has hands-on Shopify experience, strong graphic design skills, and an excellent eye for visual presentation.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building beautiful ecommerce experiences by combining Shopify management, product page optimization, SEO, and digital content creation.
You will work closely with our Ecommerce Strategist to continuously improve Viverano's online presence across our retail website and wholesale ecommerce channels.
Responsibilities
Shopify & Ecommerce
- Manage, upload and optimize products, collections, navigation, metafields, and merchandising within Shopify
- Maintain product catalogs across Shopify and other ecommerce sales channels
- Launch new products and seasonal collections
- Improve product pages through SEO, merchandising, cross-selling, and content optimization
- Update Shopify themes, pages, banners, apps, and promotional content
- Perform ongoing website quality assurance and recommend improvements
Graphic Design & Visual Content
- Process and retouch product photography
- Create AI-generated lifestyle imagery that aligns with Viverano's premium brand
- Design website banners, graphics, email assets, and social media content
- Ensure all digital assets maintain a polished and consistent visual identity
Marketing Execution
- Build email campaigns
- Support product launches and seasonal promotions
- Assist with social media content
- Organize and maintain digital marketing assets
Required Qualifications
Required
- Professional Shopify experience is required.
- Professional graphic design or digital content creation experience is required.
- Experience managing Shopify products, collections, navigation, themes, and apps
- Experience optimizing Shopify product pages for SEO (titles, descriptions, image alt text, internal linking, etc.)
- Proficiency with Adobe Photoshop and/or Adobe Creative Suite (Canva experience is a plus)
- Strong visual design skills with an eye for composition, typography, and premium branding
- Experience editing product photography and creating marketing graphics
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
- Comfortable performing repetitive catalog work with accuracy and consistency
- Excellent written communication skills
Preferred
- Klaviyo
- AI image generation (ChatGPT, Google Gemini, Adobe Firefly, etc.)
- Experience with wholesale ecommerce platforms (Faire or similar)
- Product photography
- Basic HTML/CSS
- Experience with premium consumer brands, fashion, baby products, or lifestyle brands
