As the Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring a high-quality dining experience for our guests while maintaining smooth and profitable cafe operations.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily cafe operations to ensure efficiency and quality service.
- Lead, train, and motivate staff to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Manage inventory, ordering, and supplier relationships to maintain stock levels.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and resolve any issues promptly.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and improve profitability.
- Prepare reports on sales, expenses, and staff performance.
- Maintain a positive and productive work environment.
Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Manager in a cafe or restaurant setting.
