Job Summary
Facility operations and maintenance position available. Assists in managing 60,000 sq. ft. facility. Must have physical plant and multi-story commercial facility background. Knowledge of electrical systems, HVAC, plumbing, and physical plant operations required. Responsible for program and rental set-up. Rotates weekend duty. Responsibilities and Duties
Responsible for assisting with upkeep of Museum's exhibits, facility, and grounds. Will setup for programs and rentals regularly. Some evenings and weekends will be required.
Qualifications and Skills
Knowledge of plumbing, maintenance, electrical, and computer skills needed.
