Responsibilities:
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential plumbing systems
- Service and replace water heaters, water and drain piping systems, gas piping, toilets, faucets, and fixtures
- Perform preventative maintenance and drain cleaning
- Respond to emergency service calls promptly and professionally
- Clearly explain plumbing issues and solutions to homeowners in non-technical terms
- Present repair options and pricing with transparency and integrity
- Order and collect approved parts as needed
- Maintain accurate daily logs and documentation using company software and iPad
- Maintain a clean, organized service truck (take-home vehicle provided)
