Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated Picker II to join our warehouse operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately selecting and preparing products for shipment, utilizing various warehouse equipment and management systems. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, safety awareness, and proficiency in warehouse procedures to support efficient order fulfillment and inventory management.
Duties
- Operate heavy equipment such as pallet jacks, and RF scanners to efficiently pick, pack, and load products.
- Perform order picking and packing with precision, ensuring accuracy through barcode scanning and inventory management systems.
- Maintain proper manual handling techniques during heavy lifting and materials handling tasks.
- Support shipping and receiving processes by loading and unloading shipments while adhering to safety protocols.
- Conduct quality control checks to verify order accuracy, proper packaging, and inventory integrity.
- Follow safety procedures consistently, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE), to ensure a safe working environment.
Experience
- Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory management systems, and barcode scanning technology.
- Demonstrated experience in order fulfillment, shipping & receiving, and materials handling within a warehouse setting.
- Familiarity with warehouse operations including stock management, packing procedures, and quality control processes.
- Strong manual handling skills with an emphasis on safety and efficiency.
- Basic math skills for inventory counts, measurements, and documentation.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required.

Pay: $22.05 - $24.11 per hour
