Note this position is on-site in our beautiful North Scottsdale office. We are on the TPC Champion’s course in a very well-managed Class A building, complete with underground parking, clubhouse, gym and showers. Our office includes a fully stocked kitchen/breakroom and an informal/fun atmosphere.
Job Summary
The Marketing Coordinator will support our growing team in every aspect of workflow and production, ensuring things get done. Reporting to the Director of Marketing, you will be responsible for keeping multiple projects moving under pressure and on tight deadlines, making sure everything is accomplished to task.
Responsibilities:
· Facilitate marketing projects through all stages of development, from opening the job request to building and assigning tasks.
· Manage internal traffic systems, directing workflow to and from copy, design, and project management teams, ensuring deadlines are met on time and on brand.Track and disseminate concise, deadline-driven information to key stakeholders in the organization.
· Managing inventory and source promotional items for marketing campaigns and the company promotional store with third party vendor
· Assist with proofing and project maintenance, exercising the highest level of attention to detail.
· Become knowledgeable on products, carriers, sales ideas/concepts and industry news.
Desired Skills and Experience:
· Driven. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, demanding environment. Quick and clear headed under pressure.
· Solid project management is critical. You will need to be extremely organized, methodical and detail-oriented.
· Positive attitude, professional, and self-motivated; with a “can-do” approach to your work.
· Bachelor’s Degree required; advanced degree a plus. Strong verbal and writing skills required.
· 1+ years of relevant PM and Marketing experience preferred. Financial services or other highly regulated industry experience a plus.
