Job Summary:
As the IT Principal Trainer, you are responsible for training the user community on Epic applications and you serve as the expert on Epic clinical applications and associated ProMedica clinical or operational workflows.
You will build, test and maintain the training technical environment as well as create and maintain high-quality training materials. You will also coordinate super users training for the application.

Minimum two years Epic experience

Must achieve certified status within 90 days of hire within designated Epic Cupid and Radiant

Bachelor’s degree in education, information technology, business, or related field

Knowledge of health care operations

Minimum two years’ experience in the role of an educator in industry and/or academic settings
Salary Range: $32,240 - $88,296
