Our client, a leader in autonomous vehicle technology, is seeking a Mission Readiness Associate 2 to join their team. As a Mission Readiness Associate 2, you will be part of the Mission Readiness Department supporting the Fleet Operations, Vehicle Readiness, and Base Operations teams. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication skills, and a team-oriented mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

Pay Range: $29/hour
What’s the Job?
- Support daily fleet operations and ensure vehicles are mission-ready for testing and service activities.
- Perform vehicle upkeep, including cleaning, charging, software bring-up, and readiness verification.
- Provide logistical support for the movement, storage, and organization of vehicles, equipment, and spare parts.
- Execute mission preparation procedures, verify software and hardware configurations, and escalate issues as needed.
- Assist with incident response, vehicle recovery efforts, and general testing support activities.
What’s Needed?
- 2–4 years of relevant work experience in operations, logistics, technical support, or a related field.
- Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record and ability to pass MVR, background, and drug screenings.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks including standing, walking, bending, and reaching throughout the shift.
- Strong multitasking, problem-solving, and communication skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace and the ability to work effectively on a team.
