Pay Range: $20.07/HR to $26.08/HR. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience and location.
The Remote Service Technician assesses, troubleshoots, and diagnoses problems with durable medical equipment according to manufacturer’s specifications via computer software and customer communication, and completes required paperwork properly. This position also participates in the training, development, and support of other remote service technicians in the nation. The Remote Service Technician also participates in major initiatives as directed to improve service and repair nationally.
Trains/educates customers and caregivers in the proper use, care, and safety of equipment purchased or rented. Assists in minor fitting and adjustments of equipment remotely through computer software and video conferencing application.
Participates in training of new remote service technicians – leads by helping and advise new remote service technicians on customer calls, provides feedback and assistance on best resolutions, instructs on technical information, justification, and Numotion process.
