The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) plays an important role in medication administration, resident monitoring, and collaborating with the interdisciplinary team. As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will help ensure every resident receives compassionate, high-quality care.

Key Responsibilities
Provide skilled nursing care as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders
Monitor resident conditions and report changes promptly
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Supervise Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs)
Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary care team
Qualifications
Current state Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
Strong clinical and communication skills
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities
Skilled nursing or long-term care experience preferred
