We are looking for talented Team Leaders!!, apply in person Monday thru Thursday from 10 am or 3 pm (2001 Walnut St. Cary or 3004 Wake Forest Rd Raleigh).
Walk-ins welcomed to pick up applications.
Starting pay varies on experience, but you can expect to be paid within the range of $10-17$ per hour, as well as tips!

Prepare high-quality burgers and menu items with care, speed, and consistency

Follow BurgerFi recipes, portioning, and food presentation standards to deliver great flavor every time

Maintain a clean, organized line and follow all kitchen safety and sanitation procedures

Work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-focused environment while supporting your fellow cooks

Stay current on product knowledge, ingredient details, and allergen awareness

Set up and restock the line as needed to keep service running smoothly

Cook to order and ensure food is held, timed, and served at the correct temperature

Adhere to all food handling, labeling, and storage guidelines to reduce waste and ensure freshness

Collaborate with the kitchen team and communicate clearly during busy rushes
