Community Liaison
Join our team at Right at Home Ventura County, a leading provider of in-home care and assistance, as a Community Liaison. We are seeking a self-starter sales professional to educate the community about our services and build relationships with discharge planners, doctors' offices, skilled nursing and assisted living facilities.
Responsibilities:
Work with our partners in the senior care industry to educate the community about our services
Build and nurture relationships with discharge planners, doctors' offices, skilled nursing and assisted living facilities
Represent our brand at community events and leverage our social media presence to inform the community about our services
Work directly with prospective clients to enroll them in our services
Use strategic planning skills, disciplined, detail-oriented, consultative sales skills to drive new business
Participate in weekly sales and client status meetings
Requirements:
2 years of experience; degree preferred
Strong written and communication skills
Flexibility to work evenings and weekends when needed
Tech savvy and comfortable with learning new systems
Familiarity with Facebook and other social media platforms helpful
College degree desired, High School diploma required
Must meet requirements for working in the senior care industry, such as a criminal background check
Two years experience in personal consultative sales (real estate, hospice, home care, home health, insurance, assisted living, skilled nursing) desired
