We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Repack Worker to support our glass bottle repacking business in Bardstown, KY. This position is responsible for repackaging and handling empty glass bottles, ensuring all bottles meet quality, cleanliness, and safety standards. The ideal candidate is safety-conscious, attentive to detail, and comfortable working with fragile materials in a production environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Repack and prepare empty glass bottles according to company and production standards
- Inspect empty bottles for cracks, chips, debris, or manufacturing defects
- Handle glass bottles carefully to prevent breakage and contamination
- Apply dividers, protective materials, and palletize product as required
- Maintain accurate counts and documentation
- Follow all safety, quality, and sanitation procedures
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards
- Immediately report damaged or defective bottles to supervision
Qualifications & Requirements
- Prior experience in packaging, bottling, or manufacturing a plus
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
- Ability to lift up to 40–50 lbs with or without accommodation
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
- Basic counting and math skills
- Dependable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to operate a forklift a plus

- Warehouse environment
- Frequent handling of fragile, empty glass bottles
- Standing, bending, lifting, and repetitive motion required
- PPE may be required (safety glasses, gloves, etc.)
