Job description:
Monitor academic progress, attendance, and behavioral data using student information systems.
Identify "at-risk" students using early-warning systems and predictive data.
Partner with dean of students to address student academic and attendance concerns raised.
Maintain strict confidentiality of student records in compliance.

Education Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree or Higher
Full-Time Teachers:
Must have a Bachelor’s Degree or Higher-Teachers Certification not required but preferred.
Florida High School Teachers Certification in one or more subject areas listed below.
Salary: $43k-$52k
PTO: Yes
Student Success Specialist:
Must have a Bachelor’s Degree or Higher
$23-$25 per hour
Student Success Specialist:
Must have 60 credits or AA/AS degree or higher
$18-$20 per hour
