Elevate Therapy Center is a growing pediatric therapy company headquartered in Orlando, Florida, and we're looking for a dynamic and creative Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our team.
We work with infants, children, and teenagers in a clinic setting and we're looking for therapists who want to change the lives of the patients with which they work. Responsibilities
- Carry out treatment sessions under the supervision and direction of a licensed Occupational Therapist (OTR).
- Implement individualized treatment plans to help children improve fine motor, sensory, self-care, and daily living skills.
- Provide engaging, play-based therapy in a clinic setting.
- Assist in documenting patient progress and maintaining accurate treatment records.
- Collaborate with OTs and other team members to support holistic patient care.
- Educate families and caregivers on techniques and strategies to carry over therapy at home.
Qualifications
- Associate’s degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
- Current Florida license as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) or eligibility for licensure.
- Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- A passion for helping children reach their fullest potential.

Pay: $32.00 - $37.00 per hour
