Serving as a key liaison between our patients and our care team, you represent our commitment to delivering exceptional dental care. Through a positive, professional demeanor, you build meaningful patient relationships while supporting our caregivers in providing the highest level of service.
Tasks and Responsibilities
Addressing Inquiries
o Promptly and professionally respond to scheduling, financial, and treatment-related inquiries
o Greet patients warmly and advocate for their needs with the clinical team
Patient Registration
o Collect, verify, and maintain accurate patient and insurance information
Scheduling and Clinic Production
o Optimize patient scheduling to support clinic productivity
o Follow up with patients and parents after orthodontic consultations
o Manage appointment confirmations and reminders
Appointment Preparation
o Proactively engage with patients prior to appointments to confirm dental insurance information
Financial Responsibilities
o Collect payments, ensure accuracy of financial transactions, and maintain patient account records
Administrative Duties
o Scan and organize documents within patient records
Treatment Coordinator Responsibilities
o Discuss treatment recommendations and review associated fees with patients
o Utilize strong interpersonal skills and awareness of patient cues to support informed decision-making and treatment acceptance
Personal Skills and Qualifications
· Strong oral and written communication skills. Spanish speaking preferred.
· Excellent organizational abilities, with the capacity to multitask, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines
· Highly goal-oriented with a results-driven mindset

Monday-Friday: 8:00am-5:00pm
