We're looking for a charismatic and outgoing individual to lead our team of sales associates as our new Asst. Store Manager. The ideal candidate will have prior management experience, years of retail industry experience and a strong commitment to customer service. Previous store management experience is essential in order to handle the responsibility of scheduling, training, incentives, sales tracking and merchandising.
Responsibilities:
Run the store under a budget.
Set goals and objectives.
Implement sales strategies.
Recruit, train, and motivate staff.
Manage company database.
Oversee inventory control.
Deliver customer service.
