We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented contracted Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various residential settings. Responsibilities
- Perform cleaning of assigned areas, including guest rooms, hallways, restrooms, kitchens and common areas.
- Conduct floor care activities such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and ensuring to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
- Manage housekeeping tasks efficiently while adhering to established protocols and safety guidelines.
- Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are used properly and stored safely after use.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel promptly.
- Assist in inventory management of cleaning supplies and equipment as needed.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing homeowners inquiries or concerns with professionalism and courtesy.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless housekeeping operation.

Qualifications
- At minimum 6 months previous experience in professional housekeeping/cleaning or a related field is required.
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques and custodial responsibilities is required.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to lift moderate weights and perform physical tasks associated with cleaning duties.
- A positive attitude and commitment to delivering high-quality service.
