Responsibilities
- Perform a wide range of nail services including manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, gel extensions,buikfer gel and nail art with precision and creativity
- Offer additional beauty treatments such as eyelash extensions, body waxing.
- Maintain high standards of sanitation and hygiene in all procedures to ensure client safety and comply with health regulations
- Provide excellent customer service by understanding client needs, offering personalized recommendations, and building lasting relationships.
- Manage appointment scheduling efficiently while maximizing rental space utilization
- Stay current with industry trends, new techniques, and product knowledge to deliver innovative services
Requirements
- Valid cosmetology or esthetician license with certification in nail care; additional certifications in eyelash extensions, body waxing area a plus
- Strong knowledge theory for nail art design and aesthetic enhancement
- Excellent communication skills to connect with clients and understand their beauty goals
- Demonstrated ability to uphold sanitation standards rigorously across all services
- Proficiency in retail math for accurate product pricing and inventory management
- Versatile skill set including hair styling, hair extensions, barbering, dermabrasion, and body treatments preferred but not required
