- Dashboard Creation: Designing, building, and maintaining automated interactive dashboards and reports using tools like Tableau or Power BI.
- Cross-Functional Partnership: Collaborating with marketing, sales, and operations teams to understand their data needs and provide strategic insights.
- Data Integrity & Hygiene: Cleaning, validating, and structuring raw data to ensure absolute accuracy and reliability in all reporting.
- Predictive Analysis: Developing forecasting models and tracking Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure campaign success and operational efficiency.
- A/B Testing Support: Assisting with experimental design, statistical analysis, and performance tracking for digital optimization.
Qualifications & Skills
We are looking for a candidate who pairs strong analytical thinking with technical expertise:
- Experience: Proven experience working as a Data Analyst, Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst, or Data Engineer (portfolio or project examples preferred).
- SQL Expertise: Advanced proficiency writing complex SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and aggregate data from relational databases.
- Data Visualization: Strong hands-on experience building user-friendly reports in Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Programming Skills: Solid foundational knowledge of Python or R for data manipulation (using libraries like Pandas, NumPy, or tidyverse).
- Analytical Mindset: Familiarity with statistical concepts (regression, hypothesis testing, data distributions) and how to apply them to business problems.
- Communication: The ability to translate technical data findings into clear, non-technical recommendations for stakeholders.
