What You’ll Be Doing
This isn’t your typical job—you’ll be moving around, interacting with people, and helping create an awesome experience for every guest who walks through the door.
A typical shift might look like:
- Greeting guests and getting them checked in
- Helping people gear up with harnesses and explaining how everything works
- Teaching first-time climbers the basics so they feel confident getting on the wall
- Keeping an eye on the arena to make sure everyone is climbing safely
- Cheering people on and helping them push themselves (especially the nervous first-timers!)
- Hosting birthday parties and group events—bringing the energy and keeping things organized
- Jumping between roles—front desk, climbing floor, party host—wherever help is needed
- Pitching in with light kitchen/food prep when things get busy
- Keeping the space clean, organized, and ready for the next group
What We’re Looking For
- Someone upbeat, friendly, and comfortable talking to all kinds of people
- Good with kids and families (you’ll see a lot of them!)
- Able to stay focused on safety while still having fun
- A team player who’s happy to jump in wherever needed
- Comfortable being on your feet and staying active during shifts

We’ll train you on everything you need to know—you just need a great attitude and willingness to learn.
Pay: From $12.00 per hour
