<Duties>
- Deliver freshly prepared dishes from the kitchen to guest tables efficiently and accurately, ensuring presentation standards are maintained.
- Clear and reset tables swiftly to maintain a clean and organized dining environment.
- Assist servers by bussing tables, refilling water glasses, and providing prompt support during busy service periods.
- Ensure food safety and handling protocols are followed at all times during food delivery and table clearing.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff regarding special requests or dietary needs of guests.
- Maintain cleanliness in the dining area, including wiping down surfaces, organizing utensils, and managing trash disposal.
- Support the overall guest experience by providing friendly, attentive service and addressing guest needs promptly.
<Requirements>
- Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required; enthusiasm to learn is essential.
- Knowledge of food handling safety standards and proper sanitation practices.
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus.
- Experience with bussing, serving, or supporting banquet events is advantageous.
- Strong communication skills to coordinate effectively with team members and interact positively with guests.
- Ability to stand for extended periods, lift trays or supplies, and work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
- Hospitality or hotel experience, along with culinary or kitchen background, will be highly valued.
