About the Role

As we expand and grow our Raleigh warehouse, we are hiring a Warehouse Associate to support day-to-day order fulfillment and inventory. This is a hands-on warehouse role focused on accurately picking, packing, and shipping customer orders.
This is a great fit for someone who is reliable, extra detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
What You’ll DoOrder Picking and Packing
- Pick customer orders accurately based on order details
- Pack products neatly and securely for shipment
- Verify items, quantities, and order accuracy before shipping
- Label and prepare packages for carrier pickup
- Help ensure orders are completed on time and with care
Warehouse Support
- Restock shelves and organize inventory as needed
- Keep packing stations and warehouse areas clean and organized
- Assist with receiving, sorting, and putting away inventory
- Report damaged, missing, or incorrect items to a supervisor
- Follow warehouse procedures and safety guidelines
Team Support
- Work with the warehouse team to keep daily fulfillment moving smoothly
- Help during busy periods with bulk orders or special projects
- Jump in where needed to support basic warehouse operations
What We’re Looking For
- Previous warehouse, fulfillment, picking, packing, or shipping experience preferred but not required
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to work in a hands-on, fast-paced environment
- Ability to follow instructions and stay organized
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move for extended periods of time
- Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team
Bonus Experience
Not required, but helpful:
- Experience in e-commerce fulfillment
- Experience using shipping software or barcode scanners
- Familiarity with inventory organization
- Background in military, tactical, or first responder communities
Location and Schedule
- On-site in Raleigh, NC
- Part-time to full-time hours based on business needs
- Approximately 20 hours per week during training and 40 hours per week thereafter
Compensation and Benefits
- $16 to $18 per hour based on experience
