Job Summary:
We are seeking 18+ experienced Head Lifeguard to join our team. As a Head Lifeguard, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and well-being of our guests at the pool. If you have what it takes to lead and develop others, have excellent interpersonal skills, strong attention to detail, and a passion for providing exceptional guest service, we want to hear from you!
Immediate availability needed through Labor Day September 7, 2026. Minimum 24 hour a week availability preferred
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and supervise pool area and other lifeguards to ensure the safety of all guests
- Manage Established Guard Rotation and Break schedules
- Provide excellent Customer Service to all guests
- Support Lifeguard Team
- Enforce pool rules and regulations to maintain a safe environment
- Respond quickly and effectively to any emergencies or incidents
- Perform water rescues and administer first aid/CPR when necessary
- Conduct regular inspections of the pool area for cleanliness and safety hazards
- Assist with pool maintenance tasks, such as cleaning and chemical testing
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and concerns
Experience:
- Minimum 2 Seasons Lifeguarding Experience or Other Relevant Work Experience
- Lifeguard certification is required, we will help with training!
- Good swimming skills and ability to perform water rescues
- Knowledge of first aid procedures and ability to administer CPR
- Ability to handle heavy lifting and physical demands of the job
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
