PMP Personnel Services is partnering with a well-established HVAC contractor in Harbor Springs seeking motivated HVAC Apprentices to join their growing team.
This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to build a career in the skilled trades. Whether you're just getting started or have some HVAC experience, you'll receive hands-on training while working alongside experienced professionals installing HVAC systems for residential and commercial projects.

What You'll Be Doing
- Hang sheet metal and install ductwork
- Install gas piping and refrigeration piping
- Assist with the installation of HVAC systems
- Use hand and power tools to complete installation projects
- Follow all company safety procedures and job site protocols
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support the installation team
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- HVAC or construction experience is helpful but not required
- Willingness to learn and develop new skills through on-the-job training
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Ability to work well as part of a team
- Dependable, safety-minded, and eager to build a career in the trades

What to Expect
This is a physically active position that requires working on construction job sites in a variety of weather conditions. Candidates should be comfortable lifting materials, climbing ladders, using hand and power tools, and working in tight spaces when necessary.
