Healthy Smiles of Scappoose has proudly served the local community for over 50 years. Many of our patients have been with us for generations, and our reputation as the go-to family dental practice is built on trust, relationships, and exceptional care.

Due to continued growth and the retirement of a long-term team member, we’re excited to welcome a Patient Care Coordinator to our close-knit team.
What You’ll Do
As our Patient Care Coordinator, you’ll help ensure our practice runs smoothly and patients feel cared for from the moment they arrive.
Responsibilities include:
- Greeting and welcoming patients with warmth and professionalism
- Scheduling appointments and coordinating patient recall
- Maintaining accurate patient records
- Coordinating patient flow throughout the day
- Communicating with patients about their appointments and care
- Supporting the dental team to ensure an exceptional patient experience

Compensation: $15–$30 per hour depending on experience and qualifications.
