About Benson Wealth Management

As a boutique firm, we emphasize depth over volume, long-term relationships, and highly customized advice. Our clients are often business owners navigating complexity, concentration risk, and major financial transitions. We collaborate closely with CPAs, attorneys, and other professionals to deliver integrated, thoughtful advice.
As the firm continues to scale, we are seeking a high-potential Associate Advisor to support portfolio management, planning, and client engagement, with a clear long-term growth path.

This role is ideal for someone early in their advisory career with strong quantitative and analytical skills, a background in finance or economics, and the interpersonal skills required to build trust with sophisticated clients.
Over time, this role is expected to evolve into one with greater client ownership, relationship responsibility, and business-development contribution, particularly with entrepreneurs and private families.
