HPM Lawn & Landscaping is looking for an experienced lawn care professional who takes pride in quality work and wants room to grow.
You'll work alongside the owner every day, not for someone who sits behind a desk. We believe in leading by example, and we're looking for someone who shares that work ethic.
We're looking for someone with experience operating commercial zero-turn mowers, stand-on mowers, string trimmers, edgers, backpack blowers, and other professional lawn care equipment. If you already know how to produce clean stripes, crisp edges, and leave a property looking its best, you'll fit right in.
Responsibilities
- Operate lawn mowers, trimmers, edgers, blowers, and other power tools to maintain lawns, gardens, and landscaped areas efficiently and safely.
- Perform landscape maintenance tasks such as planting, pruning, trimming trees and shrubs.
- Conduct grounds maintenance including snow plowing during winter months to keep outdoor areas accessible and safe.
- Use hand tools and ground equipment skillfully for tasks like digging, planting, or installing landscape features.
- Follow safety procedures diligently while operating machinery to prevent accidents.
Qualifications
- Prior outdoor work experience with grounds maintenance or landscaping is mandatory.
- Mechanical knowledge related to power tools and lawn care equipment.
- Strong understanding of landscape maintenance practices including mowing, pruning, & planting.
- Knowledge of safety protocols related to equipment operation and pesticide management; commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
Pay: $16.00 - $25.00 per hour
