WeissEarley is currently seeking a Skilled Landscapers, If you love working outside and with your hands you are a perfect candidate. You will be trained to: planting trees and shrubs, install low voltage lighting, cutting grass, laying pavers, installing retaining walls. We genuinely appreciate people with such love for the outdoors and the landscapes we live in.
We are based out of Fairview Pennsylvania - you will report to work at 7400 Market Road Fairview Pennsylvania 16415
Your Job:
- Skilled positions will be responsible for working on the job and performing a variety of landscaping related tasks. Driving truck & trailer, operating track loader and mini excavator. Duties will also include project set-up, clean-up and taking good care of our trucks and equipment.
- You will be responsible for implementing our landscape designs, you will be in-charge of two or more team members and work together to achieve a beautiful job.
- A general knowledge and being able to identify most landscape plants used in our region is required.
- Communicate well, be detail oriented and have a positive attitude that will lead to exceptional customer service.
- Work in a safe manner, following all safety and PPE guidelines.
Physical Demands:
- Safely operate and handle various landscaping equipment and materials, including, backpack blowers, large containers of mulch/plant material, various sizes of walk-behind power equipment, Track loaders and truck and trailer combination.
- Lift and carry up to 30 - 50 lbs.
- Push, pull, grip and squeeze various tools, products and/or items.
- Walk up to 5 miles a day, sometimes on uneven terrain, often while carrying, pushing, or pulling equipment.
- Bend, kneel and squat several hours per day

- Must have valid drivers license and be insurable
Pay/Benefits:
- New hire evaluations scheduled at 30 and 60 days.
