Express Quick Lane Service Advisor – Robert Horne Ford
Robert Horne Ford is hiring an Express Quick Lane Service Advisor to join our high-volume service department. This position is ideal for someone with automotive service advisor experience, quick lane experience, or dealership service drive experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Our Quick Lane department handles high-volume maintenance services, including oil changes, tire rotations, batteries, and multi-point inspections. We are looking for a customer-focused Service Advisor who can manage vehicle flow, communicate service recommendations, and deliver a great service experience.
This is a performance-driven role with strong earning potential in a busy Ford dealership.
Compensation
- $5,000 – $7,000 per month

Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers in the service drive and provide a professional first impression
- Write and manage repair orders for express service / quick lane maintenance
- Recommend maintenance services such as oil changes, tire rotations, filters, batteries, and inspections
- Communicate service timelines and updates to customers
- Coordinate with automotive technicians and quick lane technicians
- Ensure repair orders are accurate and completed properly
- Review completed work with customers and answer questions
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and service retention
Qualifications
- Automotive Service Advisor experience required
- Dealership experience strongly preferred
- Quick Lane / Express Service experience is a plus
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced service department
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Positive, team-oriented attitude
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
Pay: $5,000.00 - $7,000.00 per month
