BHCR is hiring a Slot Attendant Supervisor! In this role, you will be responsible for the supervision of the Slot Attendants during your assigned shift.
Examples of Duties will be:
Ensure procedures are adhered to by EGM department employees.
Resolve customer disputes as necessary.
Coordinate with security to detect and prevent attempts to cheat or damage EGM machines.
Counsel, discipline, appraise, guide and instruct assigned staff.
Ensure compliance with gaming regulations.
Develops staff, conducts interviews, recommends hires trains, disciplines, and evaluates all personnel in compliance with HR policies.
Promote Players Club membership enrollments.
Track and issue Players Club Cards for new and existing guest accounts.
Track promotional merchandise distributed through the Players Club program
Review Players Club activities and promotional status with the Slot Shift Manager.

Job Type:
- Full Time - Swing/Grave Shift (3 Swing Shifts and 2 Grave Shifts each week)
