ABOUT THE ROLE
Primarily responsible for the oversight, coordination and planning of daily production activities to ensure
uninterrupted supply, and delivery of product to our customers. Enhances efficiencies in operations, while
maintaining a strong safety culture.
THIS IS A 2ND OR 3RD SHIFT POSITION
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
Makes recommendations for workforce planning, hiring, training, development, work allocation, conflict
resolution, performance evaluations and separations.
Supervises, coordinates and monitors plant activities to include the maintenance of equipment.
Supports and assists personnel in achieving timely and efficient production schedules
Investigates abnormal operating events, or equipment failures to determine the cause, and makes
adjustments, repairs and/or modifications, as needed.
Performs daily inspections on the plant
Ensures conformance with policies and procedures, safety regulations, and local, State and Federal laws
and regulations.
Analyses operational data and reconfigures operating areas as necessary to provide adequate,
economical service.
Ensures proper documentation of operations activities in logs and/or incident reports.
Maintains an effective system of communications with supervisors and customers service
Facilitates regular staff meetings and safety toolbox talks.
Regularly communicates Company financial goals and objectives to direct reports, and ensures they are
performing activities daily that support those goals.
Demonstrate a commitment to communicating, improving and adhering to health, safety and environmental policies in all work environments and areas. Promote a culture of safety and exhibit these behaviors.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Education: Bachelor's degree or 3 years of equivalent experience
Required Computer and Software Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite to include Excel, Word and PowerPoint. SAP experience helpful.
Travel Requirements: Local travel throughout area.
Additional Requirements:
Successful candidates must adhere to all safety protocols and proper use of Amrize approved
Personal Protection Equipment ("PPE"), including but not limited to respirators. Subject to applicable
law, employees that are required to wear respirators must be clean shaven where the respirator seal
meets the face in order to pass the qualitative and quantitative fit tests.
