About the Role
As a Scale House Attendant, you will serve as the primary interface for clients, facilitating seamless material intake and ensuring precise transaction management. Responsibilities-
Manage the intake process by accurately weighing incoming and outgoing scrap materials using industrial scale software.

Execute financial transactions, including cash handling and electronic payment processing, with high precision.

Maintain comprehensive digital logs of inventory and transaction data to support facility reporting.

Deliver clear, professional communication regarding material pricing and facility service guidelines.

Foster a positive customer experience by addressing inquiries and resolving service-related concerns promptly.

Uphold safety and cleanliness standards within the scale house environment to ensure a productive workspace.
Qualifications-
High school diploma or GED equivalent.

Demonstrated proficiency in basic math and cash handling procedures.

Strong computer literacy with the ability to navigate data entry software.

Capacity to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs and working in various outdoor weather conditions.
