Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Remodeling Professional to lead and execute a wide range of renovation and remodeling projects. In this role, you will be responsible for transforming spaces through expert craftsmanship, precise installation, and efficient project management. Your expertise will ensure each project meets high standards of quality, safety, and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities
- Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute remodeling plans.
- Perform demolition, framing, drywall installation, and finishing work with precision and efficiency.
- Install flooring, tile, cabinetry, doors, windows, trim carpentry, and custom fixtures to enhance interior and exterior spaces.
- Operate power tools, hand tools, heavy equipment, and fabrication machinery safely and effectively on construction sites.
- Conduct construction inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and project specifications.
- Manage construction estimating tasks by assessing materials, labor needs, and project timelines for accurate budgeting.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and team members to ensure seamless project flow from start to finish.
- Maintain detailed documentation of project progress, site safety protocols, and quality control measures.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in construction management, remodeling, or related fields with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
- Proficiency in blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and construction estimating techniques.
- Extensive knowledge of various trades including carpentry (frame carpentry, trim carpentry), masonry (concrete forming, concrete finishing), roofing, stucco application, plastering, welding, and restoration work.
- Hands-on experience with plumbing systems, electrical wiring (including schematic understanding), glass installation, cabinet installation, flooring installation (tile and hardwood), tile laying, caulking, painting techniques, masonry work, hardscape construction, and masonry repairs.
- Skilled in operating power tools such as saws, drills, grinders; hand tools; heavy equipment; and fabrication machinery safely on construction sites.
- Ability to read blueprints accurately and translate schematics into tangible results on-site.
- Strong understanding of construction site safety procedures and inspection protocols.

Pay: $23.00 - $29.00 per hour
