Busy, high-volume seafood restaurant seeking an experienced Line Cook to join our professional kitchen team. We are known for our strong oyster program, fresh seafood, and constantly changing daily fish specials. This is a fast-paced environment that requires attention to detail, consistency, and the ability to work cleanly and efficiently under pressure.
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 2 years of cooking experience required
- Good knife skills and understanding of proper sanitation practices
- Ability to work multiple stations including sauté, grill, fry, and raw bar support
- Dependable, organized, and able to communicate well with a team
- Experience with seafood preparation strongly preferred
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
