Mary, Mother of the Redeemer Parish and School are seeking Maintenance Staff to support the Maintenance Supervisor in the operation and maintenance of parish and school facilities.
Primary responsibilities include:
- Assisting with maintenance and upkeep of parish and school buildings and grounds
- Performing light janitorial and custodial duties, including cleaning and trash removal
- Setting up and breaking down rooms, tables, chairs, and equipment for meetings, events, and parish functions
- Monitoring and directing vehicle traffic during school dismissal
- Assisting with routine repairs, facility inspections, and general maintenance tasks as assigned
- Moving supplies, furniture, and equipment as needed
- Maintaining orderly storage and work areas
Candidates should be able to perform physical labor, lift moderate weights, work indoors and outdoors in varying conditions, and follow instructions from the Maintenance Supervisor. Basic maintenance or custodial experience is preferred but not required.
Some evening and weekend hours may be required for parish and school events. Candidates will be able to furnish references and clearances on request. If necessary, Protecting God's Children Class will be completed upon job offer.
Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
