We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Office Assistant to join our dynamic team. Duties
- Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors and answering inquiries.
- Operate multi-line phone systems to handle incoming calls and direct them appropriately.
- Perform data entry tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Maintain organized filing systems for documents and records.
- Assist with calendar management, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings.
- Provide customer support through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
- Support administrative functions such as proofreading documents and preparing reports.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth office management and workflow.
- Handle clerical duties including typing correspondence, managing emails, and maintaining office supplies.
Qualifications
- Previous office experience is preferred, with a focus on administrative roles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills are essential.
