Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active state licensure or eligibility as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or CFY considered
- Prior experience working with K-12 students in school settings preferred
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Comfortable conducting assessments, developing IEPs, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations and assessments to identify speech, language, and communication needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in alignment with IEP goals
- Provide direct and consultative speech therapy services to students
- Document progress, maintain accurate records, and participate in IEP meetings
- Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and administrators to support student growth
- Offer training and resources to school staff as needed
