Position: Retail Store Receptionist/Cashier
Part-Time Position (Full-Time if preferred)
Responsibilities:
- Answer phones and assist customers with appointments & questions
- Follow up on schedule service calls and maintenance visits
- Process invoices, payments, and customer orders
- Manage emails and customer communication
- Keep records organized and updated
- Assist with store operations and front counter support
- Help with social media, promotions, and light marketing (bonus)
Ideal Candidate:
- Friendly, professional, and dependable
- Strong computer skills (email, scheduling, QuickBooks a plus)
- Organized with attention to detail
- Great customer service skills
- Able to multitask in a busy environment
- Interest in ponds, fish, gardening, or retail is a plus
