Job Overview
Delivery Drivers help ensure the total satisfaction of the customers. An excellent Driver must follow instructions well, gain a full understanding of how all service operations work, and be able to work with other crew members efficiently. Drivers are responsible for the execution of customer service procedures to ensure the guest receives an amazing experience.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Gain extensive knowledge of the restaurant, menu, etc.
- Set up the driver station
- Route orders and coordinate with kitchen and cashier
- Drive safely and efficiently
- Deliver food in a timely fashion
- Greet guests in a welcoming and sincere manner
- Issue bills and handle cash
- Deal with complaints in a respectful manner
- Maintain cleanliness and organization
- Break down and clean the driver station
Job Qualifications
- Minimum degree required: High School Degree (or currently enrolled)
- Physically able to perform job duties
- Have vehicle with which to deliver
- Energetic
- Reliable
- Organized and efficient
- Extremely personable
- Communicative
- Quality-oriented and customer-oriented
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $11.00 - $13.00 per hour
