Build a Career. Not Just Another Job.
We are seeking an experienced personal injury / medical malpractice attorney who is ready to take the next step in his or her career. This is an opportunity to join a rapidly growing plaintiff’s practice where hard work, excellent lawyering, and strong results are rewarded financially.
If you’re looking for another predictable defense firm position with a fixed salary and limited upside, this is probably not the right opportunity.
If you’re ambitious, enjoy trying cases, and want to build a career with virtually unlimited earning potential, we’d like to talk.
Qualifications
Required
- Minimum of five (5) years of personal injury / medical malpractice litigation experience.
- Trial experience.
- Ability to independently manage all aspects of litigation from intake through trial.
- Strong deposition, motion, discovery, and case management skills.
- Excellent writing and communication abilities.
- Active member of The Florida Bar.
This experience will give you an edge in being hired
- First-chair jury trial experience.
- Prior medical malpractice defense experience.
- Medical or healthcare background.
- Experience evaluating complex medical records and working with expert witnesses.
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for more than credentials.
We want someone who is:
- Hard-working.
- Highly motivated.
- Competitive.
- Organized.
- Intellectually curious.
- Able to take ownership of cases.
- Interested in building a long-term career rather than simply collecting a paycheck.
Compensation
Our compensation structure is designed to reward performance.
You will receive:
- Competitive base salary.
- Performance-based compensation tied directly to the fees generated from your cases.
- Unlimited long-term earning potential.
An attorney who works hard, develops cases intelligently, and consistently moves files toward successful resolution has the opportunity to earn substantially more than is typically available in a traditional defense practice.
This is not an “eat what you kill” environment without support. We invest heavily in our cases and provide the resources necessary to succeed. We have more than enough cases to keep you busy and prosperous.
At the same time, this position requires commitment and accountability. The opportunity is exceptional, but it is earned through consistent effort, sound judgment, and a strong work ethic.
While experience and capabilities are important to our hiring process, more important are your intangible qualities that cannot be taught such as ambition, work ethic, and attitude.
Why Join Us?
- Sophisticated, high-value medical malpractice cases.
- Significant trial opportunities.
- Direct client impact.
- Performance-based compensation with meaningful upside.
- Opportunity for long-term professional and financial growth.
- Collaborative, entrepreneurial environment where excellence is recognized and rewarded.
We are looking to hire within the next 30 days.
If you are ready to build something exceptional instead of maintaining the status quo, we encourage you to apply.
