We're growing and looking for a Customer-Focused Sales Representative to join our team.

This position involves working directly with customers, following up with leads by phone, text, email, and in person, and learning a structured sales process.
If you're looking for a position where you can avoid customer interaction, spend most of your day behind a desk, or simply wait for customers to walk through the door, this probably isn't the right fit.

No automotive sales experience is required. We will train the right person.
What You'll Do
As a Customer-Focused Sales Representative, you'll guide customers through the vehicle purchasing process while providing an outstanding experience from start to finish.
Responsibilities include:
Meeting with customers to understand their needs and goals
Following up with leads by phone, text, email, and in person
Helping customers find the right vehicle for their budget and lifestyle
Working with our finance team to help customers secure financing
Building relationships that generate repeat business and referrals
Learning and following a proven sales process
Delivering exceptional customer service throughout the buying experience
This position is about much more than selling vehicles. It's about helping people solve transportation challenges and improving their quality of life.
