Village Concepts of Lake Stevens is seeking a dedicated, passionate, enthusiastic, creative, and engaging Activity Director for our Community in Lake Stevens. This individual will be responsible for leading our Activity Program.

Benefits / Compensation:
- Salary: $24 - $28 per hour, depending on experience
- Schedule: Tuesday-Saturday

General Duties:
- Develop and lead a full calendar of activities, events, and programs that promote social connection, wellness, and enjoyment.
- Coordinate group outings, holiday events, fitness classes, creative workshops, games and educational programs.
- Build relationships with residents to understand their interests and personalize offerings while maintaining our standards.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless resident experiences.
- Create a warm, inclusive and energetic atmosphere where every resident feels valued.
- Manage activity staff/volunteers and oversee the activity budget.

- Must be able to drive our Community Bus
- HCA or CNA is helpful. If you do not have this license, we will happily sponsor your HCA training and certification.
