Responsibilities
- Perform general repairs and maintenance tasks including drywall installation, painting, caulking, and fixture installation to uphold property standards.
- Execute remodeling projects such as flooring installation, trim carpentry, cabinetry, door hanging, and tile laying with precision and attention to detail.
Depending on your trade and experience, responsibilities may include:
- Drywall installation, taping, texturing, and repairs
- Residential plumbing repairs and fixture installations
- Residential electrical work, including outlets, switches, lighting, and troubleshooting
- Tile installation
- Flooring installation (LVP, laminate, hardwood, etc.)
- Painting and finishing
- Trim work and finish carpentry
- Framing and remodeling work
- General home repairs and punch-list items
- Maintain a clean, safe, and professional job site
- Communicate professionally with project managers and homeowners
Qualifications
- Proven experience in construction or remodeling roles with a strong background in carpentry, drywall installation, flooring, painting, electrical work, plumbing or masonry.
- Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, scaffolding, and heavy equipment operation.
- Knowledge of blueprint reading and schematics for accurate project execution.
- Familiarity with construction management practices including estimating and inspection processes.
- Ability to perform detailed craftsmanship in building finishing tasks such as plastering, caulking, stucco application, and fixture installation.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to troubleshooting issues on-site.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and clients.
