Overview
Join our dynamic outpatient mental health team as a dedicated Mental Health Therapist, where you will play a vital role in providing compassionate, evidence-based care to individuals across diverse populations. Several positions are available at 4 different locations including the Henderson area, Summerlin area, and the Southwest area. We welcome all applicants who wish to work 100% remotely, want a hybrid of remote work and office space, or want a full time office. Work with the populations and demographics of clients you choose. Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and diagnostic evaluations utilizing ICD-10 coding systems to accurately identify mental health conditions.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans incorporating modalities
- Choice to provide any therapy modality with which you are comfortable such as individual, couples/family, and/or group therapy
- Provide direct support through therapy services focused on treatment issues with which you are interested and competent or would like to learn to become competent in
- Maintain meticulous medical documentation and records compliant with HIPAA regulations; document patient care activities using CPT coding for billing purposes.
- Therapists are required to maintain a minimum of 15 clients per week
- Free credentialing with 6 months contractual obligation
Skills
- Experience in psychotherapy approaches and interventions
- Knowledge of ICD-10 coding systems for accurate diagnosis documentation; familiarity with CPT coding for billing procedures preferred but not required.
- Skilled in patient assessment techniques.
- Ability to conduct intake evaluations efficiently while managing medical terminology and medical records securely under HIPAA guidelines.
Required Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree graduate
- LMFT, LCSW, LCPC, LMHC
- Must be fully licensed or a licensed clinical intern in Nevada or Missouri

Pay: $50.00 - $65.00 per hour
